How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our team via WhatsApp at (11) 9 6931-0529. When reaching out, be sure to provide:

• Full name
• Order number
• Reason for exchange or return

Once we receive your message, we will guide you through the instructions for sending your item back to our atelier.

Timeframe for Exchange Requests

• Exchange requests must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Timely requests ensure a smooth process and prompt handling of your exchange.

Shipping the Item for Exchange

• Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping the item back to our atelier, including any postage costs.
• Our Responsibility: We ship the new item to you.

This approach ensures fairness and helps us maintain our commitment to quality and sustainability.

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Unused: The piece must not show signs of wear, odors, or washing.
• Original Tags: All original tags must remain attached to the item.
• No Alterations: The item must not have been altered, customized, or made to measure — except in cases of manufacturing defects.

These conditions help us maintain the quality and exclusivity of our collection.

Important Notes

• No Cash Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges will be made for another item available in our inventory or as store credit for online use.
• Out of Stock Items: If your desired item is out of stock, you may select another model of equal or greater value (with the difference paid accordingly).
